SweatyPhone™ Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 20, 2026
At SweatyPhone, we treat data privacy and information integrity with strict corporate seriousness. This policy outlines how we handle data for our registered subscribers and our subscribers' inbound consumers, ensuring total operational transparency.
1. We Never Sell Data
SweatyPhone does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or distribute your personal information, business data, or your customers' raw contact records to any third-party marketing firms, advertising networks, or external data brokers. All processed data stays strictly inside your insulated software environment.
2. Information Collected from Subscribers
When you register for a SweatyPhone account, we collect necessary identifying markers including your name, business entity name, phone number, email address, and secure billing tokens through our certified PCI-compliant payment gateway (Stripe). This data is strictly utilized to provision your sub-account dashboard, verify account ownership, and deliver transactional account alerts.
3. Data Processed on Behalf of Clients (Inbound Voice Layer)
Our software processes telephone communication forwarded from your device to our automated voice network.
The Transcription Loop: The automated system dynamically transcribes spoken audio data solely to pull core administrative details: caller name, call-back phone number, and brief project description.
The Dispatch Channel: This extracted data is converted immediately into an encrypted internal data packet and transmitted via text message straight to your registered device.
No Outbound Marketing Tracking: SweatyPhone does not store, map, or track consumer data profiles to build consumer marketing lists. We never send outbound text marketing blasts to your callers.
4. Text Message Opt-In & Carrier Integrity
Mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of receiving administrative alerts, onboarding updates, system status notifications, or live lead summaries will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing reasons. Your opt-in data is completely protected.
5. Data Retention Boundaries
Voice recordings and call transcriptions are processed via secure server instances and may be purged on an automated routine schedule to minimize data accumulation and maintain a clean security footprint across our databases.
