SweatyPhone™ Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Strict Non-Refundable Policy Structure
SweatyPhone operates as a digital productized software-as-a-service (SaaS) application platform. Due to the immediate, non-recoverable programmatic costs incurred by our infrastructure upon user sign-up—including automated backend sub-account routing setup, immediate local tracking line acquisition from underlying carrier registries, and dedicated server node allocation—all subscription sales are 100% final. SweatyPhone does not offer refunds, credits, or cash returns of any kind.
2. No Prorated Balances or Mid-Cycle Credits
Billing occurs automatically on a recurring monthly cycle based on your original purchase date. No full, partial, or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing cycle, inactive account periods, or because of a subscriber’s failure to successfully dial or configure their cell phone carrier’s call forwarding codes.
3. Absolute Cancellation Autonomy
Cancel Anytime: Subscribers hold full, unhindered control over their subscription status. You can cancel your recurring account link at any time by logging directly into your secure billing portal or sending an explicit request to our official support channel.
Timing Rule: To successfully avoid the next automated recurring billing charge, your cancellation must be processed or requested prior to your upcoming monthly renewal invoice execution date. Once an invoice processes and charges the card on file, that month of platform infrastructure is active, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
